Mr. Adrian Charles - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Adrian Charles is the dynamic CEO of Carboneutrivo, bringing youthful energy, innovation, and a forward-looking vision to the company. A graduate with distinction in Bachelor of Science in Data Science, he represents the new generation of leaders who combine academic excellence with bold ideas.

With strong analytical skills and a passion for technology-driven solutions, Mr. Charles is committed to guiding Carboneutrivo toward sustainable growth, global impact, and transformative innovation. Dr. Abhishek M - Chief Sustainability & Carbon Innovation Officer (CSCIO)

Dr. Abhishek M, PhD in Environmental Science, serves as the Chief Sustainability & Carbon Innovation Officer at Carboneutrivo. He brings extensive expertise in business development, carbon project design, implementation, and DMRV (Data Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification), making him a key driver of Carboneutrivo’s climate-smart strategies.

With hands-on experience across agriculture and forestry initiatives—including mangrove restoration, Sustainable Agricultural Land Management (SALM), Climate, Community & Biodiversity (CCB) projects, and carbon credit trading—he possesses end-to-end knowledge of developing successful carbon projects.

​

Dr. Abhishek is also well-versed with all major global registries, including Verra, Gold Standard, ICR, Global Carbon Council, ART-TREES, Cercarbono, and Plan Vivo, ensuring compliance and the highest quality standards. His combination of scientific expertise and strategic business insight positions Carboneutrivo as a leader in delivering impactful and sustainable carbon solutions worldwide.

Ms. Thrupthy Chondama - Senior Manager Operations (AFOLU)

Ms. Thrupthy Chondama is the Senior Manager of Operations (AFOLU) at Carboneutrivo. She holds a Master’s degree in Forestry and brings significant expertise in the implementation of forestry, SALM (Sustainable Agricultural Land Management), and ARR (Afforestation, Reforestation & Revegetation) projects.

Her strong academic foundation, combined with practical field experience, enables her to manage complex climate and land-use projects with efficiency and impact. Dedicated to sustainable land management, Ms. Chondama plays a vital role in advancing Carboneutrivo’s mission of creating science-driven and high-quality carbon projects.

Mr. Srikanth - Geospatial Intelligence & IT Enabled Solutions

Mr. Srikanth is the Lead of Geospatial Intelligence & IT-Enabled Solutions at Carboneutrivo. With advanced expertise in Remote Sensing and GIS applications, he specializes in natural resource management, land use and land cover (LULC) change analysis, and geospatial modeling for AFOLU projects. His work ensures scientific accuracy in project baselining, monitoring, and long-term verification.

In addition to his geospatial capabilities, Mr. Srikanth develops IT-enabled and digital DMRV (Data Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification) solutions, integrating remote sensing and GIS insights with technology platforms to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency in carbon markets. By combining geospatial intelligence, IT solutions, and DMRV expertise, he strengthens Carboneutrivo’s ability to deliver high-quality, verifiable, and globally recognized carbon projects.

Mr. Steven Bipin - Lead, Climate, Community & Biodiversity (CCB) Projects

 

Mr. Steven Bipin serves as the Lead for Climate, Community & Biodiversity (CCB) Integration at Carboneutrivo. He is an expert in integrating CCB programs into a wide range of land-based carbon initiatives, including Afforestation, Reforestation & Revegetation (ARR), Improved Forest Management (IFM), REDD/REDD+, ACaGOs, Mangrove restoration, and Sustainable Agricultural Land Management (SALM).

His extensive experience ensures that Carboneutrivo’s projects deliver measurable environmental, social, and biodiversity impacts while maintaining compliance with global standards. By embedding CCB principles into AFOLU initiatives, Mr. Bipin strengthens the integrity, quality, and credibility of Carboneutrivo’s land-based carbon projects.

Ms. Shobha R, Human Resource Manager

Ms. Shobha R serves as the Human Resources Manager at Carboneutrivo, bringing over five years of professional experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. She plays a key role in building a motivated, skilled, and purpose-driven workforce that supports the company’s mission of delivering sustainable climate solutions.

With a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, and people development, Ms. Shobha ensures that Carboneutrivo fosters a collaborative and growth-oriented workplace. Mr. Uday R – Lead, Finance
